Your MPAN, or Meter Point Administration Number, is the unique number used to identify the electricity supply point at your property.
- Your MPAN is a 21-digit number.
- It is used by energy providers and network operators to identify your electricity supply.
- It can be used when setting up accounts, switching suppliers, checking supply details or troubleshooting.
- Your MPAN is usually found on your electricity bill.
- It may be labelled as Supply Number or simply S.
- Your MPAN is different from your electricity meter serial number.
- If you cannot find your MPAN on your bill, contact your electricity supplier.
- You can use the Energy Networks Association's tool to find your local electricity network operator: https://www.energynetworks.org/customers/find-my-network-operator
