What information do I need to provide during the survey?

If you have purchased a Standard installation, we will need you to fill in a short form or "virtual survey".

• We request the following information
• Where the charger should be installed, where the vehicle will be parked while charging, the likely installation cable route, and key electrical information about the property.
• The survey asks for photos or videos of:
• The electricity meter and meter box.
• The incoming supply and main fuse/cut-out.
• The consumer unit/fuse board.
• The proposed charger location.
• The route between the supply and charger location.
