Yes. To allow our installers to work safely on your electrical system, we will need to temporarily shut off your electricity supply during a portion of the installation process.

Here is what you can expect regarding the power interruption:

  • Minimal Disruption: The power will not be off for the entire duration of the installation. Instead, there will typically be two short events where the power is turned off briefly while we make the crucial electrical connections.
  • Advance Notice: Your installer will always give you a clear heads-up immediately before switching the power off so you can save any digital work or shut down electronics.
  • Plan Ahead: If you work from home, rely on a continuous internet connection, or depend on electrical medical devices and powered equipment, please ensure you make alternative arrangements for these temporary outages.
