A Premium Installation offers a bespoke service for more complex setups, starting with an in-person survey by one of our expert, in-house installers. They will visit your property on a scheduled date to evaluate your electrical supply and layout, after which we will provide a personalised quote for your installation.
A premium installation ishighly recommended or required if:
- You prefer a professional to assess your property rather than providing your own photos and information.
- The property has a complex layout, or the cable route and supply arrangement require an expert in-person evaluation.
- You have ordered a three-phase charge point (a Premium Installation is mandatory for all three-phase installations).
How it works: Your final installation costs are confirmed following the physical survey. If your setup requires additional work beyond a standard installation, these costs will be clearly outlined in your quote. If you decide not to proceed with the quote, installation can be removed from your order, and you are free to use a qualified third-party installer. The physical survey cost of GBP 200 will be retained and the remaining installation costs refunded in this event.
