Our Standard Installation package is designed to cover the vast majority of residential charger setups. It includes:
- Pre-Installation Assessment: A virtual site survey is reviewed by our team using the images and information you provide.
- Cabling & Routing: Up to 15 meters of cable run from your mains supply to the charge point, including up to 7 meters of discreet plastic trunking to neatly conceal interior wiring.
- Fitting & Connectivity: Secure installation on a suitable, permanent structure at a height of up to 1.8 meters, including drilling through one external wall.
- Electrical Configuration: Direct connection to your mains incoming supply, fully equipped with Type A RCD and 40A overcurrent safety protection.
- Smart Energy Management: Implementation of adaptive fuse and load management to dynamically monitor and protect your home's energy usage.
- Handover & Testing: Full application setup and a guided demonstration, backed by up to 4 hours of dedicated on-site technician time and complete electrical certification in accordance with BS 7671 regulations.
Please Note: Standard installation is available across Mainland UK only. This package does not include any groundwork, trenching, or excavation. If your virtual survey indicates that your installation requires extra work or falls outside these standard limits, we will contact you with a quote for the additional costs before proceeding.
