You can start charging your car as soon as the installer finishes testing and setting up the charger.
- Ready on day one: Your installer will completely test the unit before they leave to make sure it is safe and working correctly.
- Smart features & apps: If you want to use your charger with the Andersen app, Wi-Fi, or a specific energy tariff, the installer or our support team will help you set these up. Just note that some smart features need a stable Wi-Fi connection to work.
- Don't have your EV yet? No problem. We can still complete the full installation, so everything is ready to go the moment your new vehicle is delivered.
