Before your installation, please ensure our installer has clear, safe access to all areas needed to complete the work, and that the environment is secure for everyone on-site.
Please complete the following checklist before your installer arrives:
- Clear the Work Areas: Ensure the intended charger location, your main consumer unit/fuse board, and the area around your meter box and incoming electrical supply are entirely accessible.
- Clear the Cable Route: Make sure the planned cable route between your electrical supply and the charger location is free from obstructions.
- Remove Obstacles: Move any vehicles, bins, garden furniture, or stored items that may block access for the installer.
- Secure Children and Pets: For health and safety reasons, please ensure that children and pets are kept safely away from the work areas and cable routes while the installation is taking place.
- Pre-Agreed Groundworks: If any groundworks, trenching, or ducting have been agreed upon prior to installation, this must be fully completed before your installer arrives.
- Arrange for an Adult to be Present: Make sure a responsible adult (who is a key decision-maker) is available at the property to confirm the installation layout and provide access where needed.
- Notify Us of Changes: If anything has changed regarding your property's layout or electrical setup since your initial survey, please let us know before your installation date.
