If the reset button in the Andersen app is not responding, it typically means your charge point is offline or unable to receive the command from your phone. Additionally, resetting the error remotely is only possible if the error condition has ceased.

Quick Troubleshooting Steps:

  • Check your connections: Ensure your mobile phone has an active internet connection and that your charge point shows as 'online' within the Andersen app.
  • Restart the app: Force close the Andersen app completely, reopen it, and try pressing the reset button again.
  • Unplug your vehicle: If the button is still unresponsive, unplug the charging cable from your vehicle.
  • Reset the error physically by pressing the multifunction button twice on your charge point. The Status LED should briefly flash before returning to standby.
  • Power cycle the charge point: Perform a hard power cycle of your charge point. Below is a link to our guide.
