Connection to your Octopus Energy account is controller from within your Octopus Energy App.

To add your Andersen charge point, select your account profile picture within the Octopus Energy App and select "Connect a device". To remove or manage an existing device, select the Device tab in the main navigation bar.

If you are experiencing issues with smart charging through your Andersen charge point, ensure your device is linked correctly within the Octopus Energy app and that the Smart Charging toggle is turned on. You should also review your charging preferences to ensure your desired battery level and ready by time are set.

To reset your connection, try unlinking and re-linking the charger within the Octopus app.
