Why have I not received an installation date yet?

What should I do?

If our Bookings Team hasn't contacted you yet to schedule your installation, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your virtual survey is incomplete: Please open the Andersen App and complete your virtual survey so we can move to the next step.
  • Your survey is currently under review: Please allow up to 5 working days for us to complete the review.
  • Your DNO application was rejected: Don't worry, our team will contact you shortly to explain the next steps and how we will resolve this.

What should I do next?

  • Check the progress of your order by visiting support.andersen-ev.com. You will need your email address and your delivery postcode to access the information.
  • Check for an email from the survey team: Be sure to check your spam or junk folder for messages from helpdesk@andersen-ev.com.
  • If your survey has been approved: Our Bookings Team will contact you within 2 working days of your approval date to schedule your installation.
  • Still waiting? If the expected review period has passed and you haven't heard from us, please reach out to Andersen Support - visit andersen-ev.com/pages/contact.
