What should I do?
If our Bookings Team hasn't contacted you yet to schedule your installation, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:
- Your virtual survey is incomplete: Please open the Andersen App and complete your virtual survey so we can move to the next step.
- Your survey is currently under review: Please allow up to 5 working days for us to complete the review.
- Your DNO application was rejected: Don't worry, our team will contact you shortly to explain the next steps and how we will resolve this.
