You will receive an order confirmation email containing a link to access your invoice. The next steps depend on whether you have selected Standard Installation, Premium Installation or are having the charge point installed by your own electrician.

If we are installing your charge point for you, we will ensure it is with you at least 3 working days before your installation date.

Standard Installation:

• You will receive an order confirmation after completing your purchase. This contains a link to your invoice.

• Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email containing the instructions on how to complete a virtual survey. This survey allows our installation team to check your electrical supply, preferred charger location, cable route and any property-specific requirements.

• To complete your survey, download the Andersen app and create an account.

• Once your account is created, you will be given the option to ‘Complete a Virtual Survey’.

• Please allow up to 5 working days for our team to review your virtual survey. If they have any queries regarding your preferred location or your current electrical setup, they will contact you. If the installation falls within our standard parameters, they will pass your order to our Bookings Team to agree an installation date with you.

Premium Installation:

• You will receive an order confirmation after completing your purchase. This contains a link to your invoice.

• Our Bookings Team will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a site survey with one of our in-house electricians at your property.

• When the survey report is received, it will be reviewed by our in-house team to confirm if there are any additional costs or parts required. This is reviewed within 5 working days of submission. Once confirmed, our Bookings Team will contact you to arrange your installation date.

Installation by a third party:

• You will receive an order confirmation after completing your purchase. This contains a link to your invoice.

• Your charge point will be dispatched to your chosen shipping address. Our normal dispatch time is within 2-3 working days of your order.
