Why has my survey not yet been approved?

In some instances, your survey may not be approved using our virtual process. If your survey cannot be approved straight away, our team will explain what is needed before we can arrange your installation date.

In some instances, your survey may not be approved using our virtual process. If your survey cannot be approved straight away, our team will explain what is needed before we can arrange your installation date. The team will call you or email from survey@andersen-ev.com.

  • We may need additional photos or information.
  • We may need clarification on your preferred charger location or cable route.
  • We may identify that preparatory electrical work or groundworks are required before we can install the charge point.
  • Your installation will not be booked until the required information, preparatory works or checks are complete and the survey has been approved.

What happens if my survey cannot be approved?

  • In complex installation cases, we may recommend a physical site survey be carried out. The charge for this is GBP 200.
  • If your installation falls outside of a Standard Installation, we will be in contact to discuss next steps.
