In some instances, your survey may not be approved using our virtual process. If your survey cannot be approved straight away, our team will explain what is needed before we can arrange your installation date. The team will call you or email from survey@andersen-ev.com.
- We may need additional photos or information.
- We may need clarification on your preferred charger location or cable route.
- We may identify that preparatory electrical work or groundworks are required before we can install the charge point.
- Your installation will not be booked until the required information, preparatory works or checks are complete and the survey has been approved.
