Where your charger is sent depends on how you purchased it:
- Ordered directly through Andersen: In most cases, the charger will be delivered straight to your home. Please keep it safe and unopened until your installer arrives. - Ordered through a third party (wholesaler or affiliate): The installer will often bring the charger with them on the day of your installation. Please check this with the person or company you purchased the charger from.
