Within 14 days of your order, you may cancel your order and return an uninstalled unit. A full refund will be processed once we receive the unopened and resaleable unit at our facility. If you have had a physical site survey, the cost of this will not be refunded.
You may wish to use our DPD returns (drop at a shop) service. Please ask and we will send you a payment link and information on your local DPD drop shops.
