- Approval delays: Waiting on necessary Distribution Network Operator (DNO) approvals.
- Extra preparation work: The need for additional electrical modifications, groundworks, ducting, or access solutions to be completed prior to installation.
- Schedule constraints: Restricted availability of installation teams in your specific region.
- Mid-process changes: Modifying your preferred charger location, cable routing, or property details after you have already submitted your survey.
In every scenario, Andersen EV is committed to supporting and guiding you through the process to make your installation as seamless as possible. Please note: we aim to have your Andersen charger installed within 2-3 weeks of survey approval.
