In most cases, we will install your new Andersen charger within 2-3 weeks of your survey being completed.
Please complete your virtual survey, if applicable, as soon as possible - we will be unable to agree an installation date until your survey has been approved.
If you opted for a premium survey, we will generally arrange a provisional installation date at the the same time we agree the survey date. If there are any preparatory works required, this may mean that your installation date needs changed.
