Once you have placed your order, the next steps depend on whether you selected Standard Installation, Premium Installation or are using your own installer.

If you have chosen us as your preferred installer, we will despatch your charge point no later than 3 workings days prior to your installation date.

If you are using your own installer we will despatch your charge point within 2-3 workings days.

You can track your order progress by visiting our support centre - support.andersen-ev.com.

If you have selected Premium Installation, our Bookings Team will contact you within 2 working days to arrange a physical site survey with one of our in-house electricians.

If you have selected Standard Installation, you will need to complete your Virtual Survey through the Andersen app.

  • You will receive an order confirmation after completing your purchase.
  • You will then receive an email prompting you to complete a virtual survey. Please check your junk email if you do not receive it the same day as your order. This survey allows our installation team to check your electrical supply, preferred charger location, cable route and any property-specific requirements.
  • To complete your survey, download the Andersen app and create an account.
  • Once your account is created, you will be given the option to complete a Virtual Survey.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for our team to review your Virtual Survey.
  • Before your installation, please ensure that access is completely clear to the following key locations:
  • The intended charger location.
  • Your external meter box and incoming electricity supply.
  • Your main consumer unit/fuse board.
  • The planned cable route running between the supply and the charger.
