If you need to change your order after placing it, please contact Andersen as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request depending on where your order is in the process:
- Before dispatch: If your charger has not yet entered production or been dispatched, our team should be able to amend your order details for you.
- After dispatch: If your charger has already been dispatched or delivered, you will need to return the charge point to us, and we will ship the new one out to you once it is received back in a resaleable condition.
- Potential delays: Please note that swapping a charger after dispatch may cause delays with your scheduled installation timeline.
- Price adjustments: Some changes to the colour or finish may affect the final price of your order.
