You can view previous charging sessions in the Andersen app through your charger's charging history. Please note that this feature of the Andersen app is not available for selected smart energy tariffs.
- Open the Andersen app and go to the History tab.
- This is shown with a bar chart icon.
- On this page, you can view summaries of your past charging sessions.
- You can view charging data by day, week, month or year.
- These are shown as 1d, 1w, 1m and 1y.
- To view charge logs for a specific date range, press the date or calendar icon.
- Select the time frame you would like to view.
- To export your charging data, first select the required date range.
- Then press Export.
- The app will then give you options for how and where you would like to export the data.
