How do I add a charger to the Andersen app?

You can add your Andersen charger to the app by creating or logging into your Andersen account, then scanning the QR code provided with your charger.

• If you have not created an account yet, select Register.
• Once your account has been created, log in and select Set Up New Charger.
• Press 'Scan' and scan the QR code on the courtesy card in your Welcome Pack.
• Alternatively, you can manually enter your charge point serial number.
• Once complete, your Andersen charger should appear in the app.
