You can prevent others from using your charger by locking the charge point through the Andersen app.
- To lock: Go to the Overview page in the app and select Lock Charge Point.
- What happens next: The charger is completely disabled and will not deliver electricity, even if someone plugs a vehicle into it, including you.
- When to use it: This feature is ideal for securing your charger overnight, while you're at work, or when you're away on holiday.
- To resume charging: Simply open the app and unlock it whenever you're ready to use it again.
- Please note: Whether you are manually charging or using a smart schedule, if your charge point is locked your chargepoint will not charge your vehicle.
