Connecting your Andersen charger to the cloud using the Kønnect+ app is easy and allows you to manage your charging on the go. To get started you will need:
- Be in close proximity of your charger
- The Kønnect+ app installed on your mobile device (for links to download see below)
- A good WiFi signal
1. Install Kønnect+
The app is available on both the App Store (iOS) and the Play Store (Android). Search “Kønnect+” to find the Kønnect+ App and install.
2. Launch Kønnect+
Once Kønnect+ has been installed, open the app. This will open to the sign-in screen.
If you do not have a Kønnect+ account, press “Create Account”.
3. Create an account
The following screen will appear for you to complete in order to create a new account.
Once complete press “Sign Up”:
4. Confirm Sign Up
You will receive an email will a confirmation code which will be needed to authorise your email address.
Enter the confirmation code sent to your email and press “Confirm”.
5. Sign In to your account
You are now ready to sign in to your Kønnect+ and connect your charger to the cloud.
