RCM error
- This error occurs when the unit detects an imbalance in the current, which could be from the vehicle, the charge point or even something completely external , for example an increased load on your local electricity supply.
- The red LED will continuously flash when an RCM error has occurred.
- You can reset an RCM error by pressing the multifunction button twice, or by performing a hard reset.
- RCM errors are completely normal and can happen every so often, but if you are experiencing recurring RCM errors, please get in touch with our support team.
